The League of Friends are looking to recruit an Honorary Secretary.
Do you have a couple of hours to spare, twice a week to volunteer for the League of Friends, based at Southampton General Hospital? If so, we would love you to join our amazing volunteering team in the League of Friends who help raise funds to support the hospital and provide valued facilities for our patients and their visitors.
Please feel free take a look at the attached task description to give you an idea of the tasks we would be looking for you to carry out.

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
