An exciting opportunity has become available to join the Income Management Team at University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust. We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and adaptable individual to form an integral part of our Contract Monitoring Team. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential, as is the ability to prioritise your own and others workload, whilst working well as part of a busy team.
This position will support the department’s responsibility of securing the Trust’s Clinical Income under National Tariff guidance. The team works closely with IM&T colleagues and Divisional leads to ensure that all data is provided in a timely manner, meeting the demands of our commissioners and deadlines required. This role will involve data handling and analysis to produce information for internal use and to send to our commissioners, and requires a keen eye for detail to ensure good data quality and accurate reporting.
The team is constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency, and as such the post holder will be expected to assist in the development and implementation of robust reporting processes and procedures.
