We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Housekeeper to join the team within Neurosciences.
The successful candidate will be able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team and be able to anticipate the needs of patients and staff. You will contribute to the smooth running and organisation of the ward ensuring that all patients have a positive experience whilst in our care. The post holder will co-ordinate non-clinical patient services/facilities whilst ensuring the ward is a clean, safe and a comfortable environment.
The main responsibilities for the post will include -
• Working alongside all disciplines of staff, monitoring the ward environment.
• Undertaking housekeeping tasks to ensure the ward environment is clean and presentable.
• Maintaining records of cleaning.
• Assisting patients with their nutritional needs.

• The Ward Manager and the Nursing Team
• Serco Domestic Supervisor and Ward Domestic
• Serco Ward Host/Hostess
