The Child Health Care Group are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and reliable individual to join the team in the role of PA to the Management Team. This is a full time role based in the Child Health department at Southampton General Hospital.

Reporting to the Care Group Manager (CGM), you will work to provide a comprehensive personal, secretarial and administrative service to the CGM, Clinical Lead and Matron team.

You should have experience of working as a secretary or administrative assistant in a customer focused environment and experience in a hospital setting would be advantageous. You will need to be well organised, responsive to conflicting demands with a positive 'can do' attitude and excellent IT skills in all Microsoft packages including Outlook

 We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and prioritise a demanding workload. You will work well as part of a team and have a desire to provide a first class service for patients and clinical teams.
